New efficient impeller for mechanical dust collecting system

Description: the quality of the textile machinery suction system directly affects the quality of the textile products. The textile mills generally reflect that the intake volume of the previous vacuuming system is insufficient and the dust suction effect is not good. According to the requirements of the textile industry, a new efficient impeller is developed for the textile machinery suction system.

The main features of the new high efficiency impeller and original impeller are as follows: 1. under the condition of safety and reliability, the closed impeller is used to reduce the clearance loss than the original half open impeller, and further improve the performance and stability of the product.

2. the airfoil blade has higher flow efficiency and lower aerodynamic noise than plate blade.

3. using the outlet angle of the overload free blade, the impeller reaches the maximum output power of the motor near the highest efficiency point of the performance curve, further improving the hydrostatic efficiency and reducing the dynamic pressure loss of the impeller outlet.

4. impeller inlet adopts circular collector, which makes the flow field of blade inlet uniform, reduces noise and improves impeller efficiency.

Through field contrast test and test bench test of new and old impeller, it is shown that the hydrostatic efficiency (effective part) of the new impeller is 1.5 to 2 times the static pressure efficiency of the original impeller, and the noise is reduced by 2 to 3dB at the same flow rate.

Preliminary

The roving machine, drawing frame and spinning frame, which are running in the domestic textile industry, can be matched with a new type of impeller with a quantity of not less than 100 thousand units (currently equipped with 3000 units). The popularization and application of the new type of impeller has considerable energy saving effect and can further improve the quality of textiles.
