Yangzhou Private Enterprises Successfully Acquired Overseas Famous Enterprises For The First Time

Yangzhou Kimcheon tourism products company completed all the procedures to acquire 45% stake in Italy ANDE company last week. The Yangzhou private enterprise overseas merger and acquisition first settled in the first case. Kimcheon will enter the European Union as the largest shareholder of ANDE, and realize the pformation from the OEM to the brand channel.
